Homer Boushey, MD, Chief of Asthma Clinical Research Center (ACRC)
and Division of Allergy & Immunology, has been studying the causes and
treatments of asthma for over 25 years with training at UCSF, Harvard, Oxford
and the University of Paris. He
is the Principal Investigator for National Institutes of Health (NIH) studies
on asthma and served on the National Asthma Expert Panel of the NIH.
This Committee developed national guidelines for the diagnosis and
treatment of asthma.
